Welcome to October's monthly gluten free postal box! This month's flavours are inspired by Autumn, so expect plenty of autumnal warming spices and seasonal fruity flavours.

Salted Chocolate Pretzel Cookie - A classic cookie dough studded with dark and caramelised white chocolate chips and pretzel pieces, topped with a whole pretzel and flaky sea salt
Cinnamon Roll - A vanilla brioche-style enriched dough swirled with the classic cinnamon sugar filling
Apple Pie Cookie - A slightly spiced cookie dough studded with white and caramelised white chocolate chips, stuffed with a homemade cinnamon apple compote, and rolled in gluten free oats
Blackberry Crumble Slice - A buttery shortbread base, topped with a homemade blackberry jam and an almondy crumble topped
Salted Caramel Brownie - A classic fudgy, rich chocolate brownie swirled with homemade salted caramel
All bakes are made in my home kitchen, so despite thorough cleaning I cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination. As a result, all bakes may contain traces of NUTS, SOYA, SESAME and SULPHITES.

Your bakes are at their best up to 5 days after delivery, however check individual bags for specific shelf life instructions. Each bake is individually packed and heat sealed in food grade cellulose bags to maintain freshness, so please compost them when you are finished! Store the bakes in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to maintain the freshness for as long as possible - no need to put them in the fridge!
If you don't feel like you can eat all your bakes within the shelf life, they can be frozen individually in airtight containers, preferably as soon as you receive them. They can be defrosted at room temperature until fully thawed.
All monthly postal boxes are baked fresh and posted the same day using Royal Mail 24hr Tracked delivery.
Please be aware that although most parcels will arrive in 24hrs, occasional delays may occur. No Crumbs GF Bakery does not take responsibility for delays after postal boxes have been dispatched.
If your postal box does not arrive for more than 4 days after the day of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact using our contact form.
